Using this site means accepting what follows. It is short, and it is written to be read rather than to be survived.

What this site is

The Milligram publishes opinion based reviews of consumer dietary supplements. Every review reflects the judgement of the people who wrote it at the time it was published. Formulas change, prices change, policies change, and a page that was accurate in July 2026 may not be accurate a year later. Always check the current details on the manufacturer's own site before you buy.

Not medical advice

Nothing here is medical, nutritional or clinical advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship between you and us. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products discussed are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting, stopping or changing anything you take, and never delay medical care because of something you read on this website.

How to read our numbers

Editorial scores are our own judgement, produced by the method on our how we test page. Reader figures, star distributions, demographic splits and theme percentages are our summary of public reports we collected and read by hand. They are rounded, they are not audited, and they describe the public record rather than a controlled sample. Individual reviews we quote are attributed as they were posted and we cannot independently verify a stranger's purchase.

Reader submissions

If you send us a review through the form on a review page, it stays in your browser until you send it to us another way, and anything you do send us may be quoted or summarised in a future update of that page, with the display name you chose. Do not send confidential information or anything you do not own. We moderate what we publish and we decline anything that reads as marketing, abuse or a copy of someone else's words.

Following one takes you to a third party site governed by its own terms, and any purchase is a contract between you and that seller. We are not a party to it, we cannot alter it, and we cannot resolve disputes about it.

The text, structure, scoring tables and layout of this site belong to Milligram Editorial Group, LLC. Quote a paragraph with a link back if it is useful to you. Do not republish whole pages, and do not feed our review text into a scraped clone. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here for identification.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Milligram Editorial Group, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or from a decision made on the basis of it.
